There is so much information out there about baby and toddler sleep, and it can feel overwhelming to figure out what’s right for your child and your family. When you work with me, I’ll simplify everything and give you a clear, customized plan so you don’t have to second-guess yourself.
When you’re exhausted, it’s easy to slip back into old habits — I get it. That’s why I’ll be there to keep you on track, check in with you, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
As a mom of three, I know firsthand how emotional and stressful this stage can be. It’s not just about schedules and wake windows — it’s about your whole family’s well-being. I’ll be your coach, but I’ll also be your cheerleader and a steady source of support, so you never feel like you’re doing this alone.

I’ll be your coach, but I’ll also be your cheerleader and a steady source of support, so you never feel like you’re doing this alone.
Working together means you’ll have the tools, confidence, and reassurance you need to help your baby (and your family!) get the rest you all deserve.

There are many effective sleep strategies available. I focus on gentle, responsive, and evidence-based approaches that can be tailored to your child’s temperament and your parenting style and comfort level. We'll work together to choose a method that feels right for your family and supports long-term sleep success. So unless you contact me asking to help you with the "Cry it Out Method", you won't hear my suggest that in my plans.
What I do want parents to understand is that there’s really no such thing as a completely “no-cry” method. Babies communicate through crying, and during times of change — like learning new sleep skills — some fussing or tears are normal. The difference is, I’ll guide you in how to respond in a way that’s supportive, consistent, and in tune with your child’s needs.
My goal isn’t to leave your baby to cry alone, but to help you teach them how to sleep with comfort, reassurance, and confidence. Over time, this builds the foundation for healthy, independent sleep.
Absolutely. Sleep training does not mean night weaning. Sleep training and breastfeeding can work hand-in-hand. I’ll help you build a routine that supports both your feeding goals and your child’s sleep development.
