When your child isn’t sleeping well, nights can feel unpredictable and exhausting. My role is to give you clear guidance, a customized plan, and ongoing support so your family can build healthy, dependable sleep habits.

I support newborns through sleep shaping, and children 12 weeks and up through sleep training with goals set by you and your family.

You’ll receive a clear, step-by-step sleep plan outlining bedtime routines, daytime schedules, environmental recommendations, and the strategies we’ll use to help your child build independent sleep skills.

Real-Time Support & Coaching

You won’t be doing this alone. I’ll be available for guidance, troubleshooting, and reassurance throughout the process so you always know exactly what to do next.

Consistent Progress Tracking

Together, we monitor your child’s progress and make adjustments when needed. This helps keep the process smooth, predictable, and aligned with your goals.
